Very very slow service. Only one guy works at a time. Not good.

Management really needs to train these employees better. More than once when I’ve requested, and paid for, a milk substitute, I’ve received dairy milk. Even when the drink defaults to a non dairy milk, I still get cows milk. Please do better.

I wanted to try a Starbucks closer to home for my Monday coffee run for the office and the experience was absolutely horrible. My first food item was not cooked all the way and the burrito I ordered was over cooked and crushed. The drink was not made with soy as requested and the cashier was so rude. He kept rolling his eyes at the order I was making and asked if I was done. Never coming here again.

Really bad experience here. The store closes at 7 pm, and the lady at the counter refused to take any orders for coffee at 6.30 pm. Why can’t they close the store for the entire day if they’re not interested in taking orders in the first place?
